Our customers deserve the very best. We don't try to increase our profits by purchasing cheap garments and printing. We don't sell you anything we wouldn't be proud to wear ourselves. We purchase high quality garments that resist fading and shrinking. On many of our products, we pay extra for discharge printing which ensures a soft print that shows minimal fading and cracking over time. More about our quality here.
If you are not completely satisfied with any stock items you have ordered, or if any item is defective in materials or workmanship, just return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it with original tag intact to receive a refund or merchandise exchange. Exchange must be for the same product unless the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered. If any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error, only partial refunds will be granted. Please note in the return package what your request is.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged: Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, and some health and personal care items.
Unfortunately, return shipping costs will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. Return shipping costs will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. If the return is passed 60 days from time of order we will issue you an exchange or credit towards another purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 of business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
A Note About Customs, Duties, and Taxes on International Orders
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
In addition, when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
