Our customer service team is available online - just send your request toinfo@blackhelmetapparel.comand someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that we are closed on the weekends and if you contact us during those hours we will respond on Monday.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Orders are generally shipped in 2-3 business days and are usually received within 7-12 days.

It can mean either we are awaiting for the funds to clear from the bank or the order is being packaged and has not shipped.

Exchanges must be made within 60 days.

Please email info@blackhelmetapparel.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.

*Merchandise must be undamaged with original tag intact to receive a refund or merchandise exchange.  

 Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.  Please allow 3-6 days for returns and exchanges.

There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items or Final Clearance products. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.

When you order an out of stock item, your order will be placed on backorder status. Shipping time is usually within 2 weeks.

Yes, once the order ships a tracking number will be sent to your email on file.

We strive to carry the highest quality items and apologize if the item was damaged. Please contact us at info@blackhelmetapparel.com within 7 days,

Customer pays return shipping. Black Helmet will pay for the shipping of the exchange sent back to the customer. Black Helmet Will pay shipping for picking up and replacing a damaged package.  Damage must be reported within 7 days for a claim.

Upon receipt of the return, the exchange will be sent out that week, provided the item is in stock. Once it becomes available the item will be sent to you. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the return in new condition.. Please allow for 7-10 business to appear in your account. 

Shipping Internationally:  Any item shipped internationally  may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the GST on items you import by mail. The customer is soley responsible for any duties and taxes.  If there are any issue that shipping is more then the quote we will contact you first.  Thank you
